Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Hireframe collects through this website and how it is used. It is written to meet the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

What we collect

• When you book a demo: your first name, last name, email address and the time you choose, collected by Google Calendar appointment booking.
• When you email us: your address and the content of your message.
• Browsing: this website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

Why

Only to answer your request, organise the demo and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We never sell or rent your data and never use it for unrelated marketing.

Processors

• Google (Calendar, Meet, Gmail) for booking and communication.
• Elestio Limited (Geta.Team), Ireland, for website hosting and, for clients, the AI platform on a dedicated server in the region they choose.

Retention

Prospect data is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Client data follows the service contract.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to donovan.green@getateam.org. We answer within 30 days. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, in the EU, your data protection authority.
